The breakfast was good and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel was located close to a popular bar and restaurant.

The room was very small with no room to move around. The bathroom was dirty and the towels were old and stained.

Friendly and helpful staff who were patient with our limited Portuguese. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great to start the day. the hotel was conveniently located to the bus station and had reliable WiFi. We particularly enjoyed finding an excellent local bar/restaurant with cold beer and good food at reasonable prices.

The taxi situation was a bit confusing as we had to agree on a price in advance, and not all the taxis were metered. We found that prices varied depending on whether we hailed a taxi from the rank at the bus station or requested one through the hotel.

The hotel is situated a short distance away from the bus station, just a quick taxi ride. the helpful staff at reception assisted us with our basic Portuguese. Our comfortable room was well-maintained and clean. the hotel offered an excellent buffet breakfast in the mornings. We also frequented the popular bar/restaurant on the opposite side of the road that served cold beers.

We did notice that the lack of a meter in the taxis caused confusion, and it was necessary to agree on a fixed price before beginning any journey.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel room. The facilities were well maintained and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff, although unable to speak English, were patient and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy transportation options and a great bar/restaurant nearby.
